Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · 17 SEPTEMBER 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PharmaFledge (the “Service”), operated by Ali Kaser A. (“we”, “our” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

PharmaFledge is a trading name of Ali Kaser A., a sole trader based in England and Wales. You can contact us at support@pharmafledge.co.uk. We aim to respond to enquiries within 3 business days.

3. The service we provide

PharmaFledge is an online study tool to help candidates prepare for the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration assessment. It provides:

  • Unlimited pharmaceutical calculations practice with step-by-step working (free).
  • A paid clinical single-best-answer question bank with rationales and source citations.
  • Progress tracking and adaptive practice.

Our clinical content is based on the BNF and reviewed by a registered pharmacist, but it may contain errors or become out of date. It is provided for exam preparation only — see section 9.

4. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person — sharing or transferring accounts is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use.
  • We use Google sign-in and email-based authentication; you are responsible for the security of the email or Google account you sign in with.

5. Purchases, prices and payment

  • Calculations practice is free. The clinical question bank, the timed mock exams and the Extended Matching Question sets are a paid product.
  • Both paid plans give access to the same material. Pro and Saver differ only in how they are billed — nothing is held back from either.
  • Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month, and we take payment from your saved payment method on each renewal date, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
  • Where a promotional rate applies (for example a reduced price for your first few months), the promotional price and how long it lasts are shown before you pay. When it ends, the subscription continues automatically at the standard price.
  • Saver is a one-time payment granting 12 months of access. It is not a subscription — it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and access ends when the 12 months expire.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at the point of purchase and may change from time to time. A change to the subscription price will not take effect without notice to you before your next renewal, and it does not affect access you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

6. Refunds and cancellation

As a consumer buying online you have a 14-day right to cancel. Because we sell digital content, that right ends once we begin supplying it to you: at checkout you are asked to confirm that you want your access to start immediately and that you accept losing the right to cancel when it does. If you would rather keep the full 14 days, contact us before buying instead of ticking that box.

Separately from that, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid purchases, which applies whether or not the statutory right has been waived. Full details of both, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or resell any of our questions, rationales or other content without our written permission.
  • Share your account or login credentials with anyone else.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content from the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or circumvent the security of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts it for others.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the question bank, calculations, rationales, text, design and software, is owned by Ali Kaser A. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation only.

9. Educational use — important disclaimer

  • The Service is for educational and exam-preparation purposes only.
  • It is not medical, clinical, pharmaceutical or professional advice, and must not be relied upon in the treatment or care of any patient. Always consult the current BNF, official guidance and your own professional judgement in practice.
  • We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the GPhC registration assessment. Outcomes depend on your own effort, study and other factors outside our control.
  • While we work to keep content accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions.

10. Independence

PharmaFledge is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the BNF, NICE, or any regulator or official body. References to such bodies are for identification and educational purposes only.

11. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a consumer you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
